Wonderful Irish Pork Bangers made using traditional Irish recipes. Perfect for a hearty breakfast with the family. Keep frozen, thaw in fridge. When thawed, cook thoroughly and consume within 2 days. From Scarborough, Ontario, product of the U.S.A.
To prepare: Allow bangers to thaw in the fridge. Remove packaging and place them onto frying pan with butter at medium heat. Fry until browned on each side then using a meat thermometer, check the internal temperature and make sure they reach 160 degrees Fahrenheit before serving.
Ingredients: Pork, water, rusk (bleached wheat flour), seasoning [salt, yeast extract, spices (ground white pepper, ground nutmeg), pea fiber, colour (Carmine), dextrose, preservative (sodium metabisulphite), herbs (ground sage, ground thyme), citric acid, spices extract]. Packed in collagen.
