On the night of December 16th, 1773, 340 chests of East India Company Tea were thrown into Boston Harbor in the act of protest that would become known as The Boston Tea Party.

This box of 25 tea bags features an illustration of the Brig Beaver on the side, commemorating the events of that night in 1773. This box contains 25 tea bags of Earl Grey tea. This tea is created by adding oil of bergamot to a black tea blend. Though not one of the historic teas thrown overboard on the night of December 16th, 1773, Earl Grey has become one of the most popular blends of tea today.
