Christmas Pre-Order

PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS CANNOT BE COMBINED WITH REGULAR STOCK ITEMS ON AN ORDER. PLEASE MAKE YOUR ORDER WITH ONLY PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS.

Welcome to our new Pre-Order option. Pre-Ordering is only available online through our website. This section has been set up to allow customers to buy some of the most popular items before we receive them in stock. Given the nature of importing food having so many potential complications with shipping, dock workers, truck drivers and customs we can never guarantee when we will receive a shipment. We always work off the most up-to-date information we have as a best estimate. Because of this we will always notify all pre-order purchasers when the items arrive and will arrange with you at the time the best way for you to receive your order. When completing pre-order purchases you will only be able to select in-store pick-up or shipping, if you are looking to set up a local delivery in the Ottawa area we will arrange that with you once the items arrive in store. 


The Pre-order is only available for a limited number of products with only roughly 20% of the inventory available for pre-order. The rest will be reserved for when it is in stock. This is done to make sure the process is fair for all. If you do not see you favourite Christmas item on the pre-order list or the item you are looking for is out of pre-order stock, do not worry there will be plenty more of all the pre-order items in stock once they arrive. We have limited the availability of the pre-order stock, and there will be a much wider range of products available both online and in store once we receive the shipment in store.

With pre-order you will only be able to place an order with just pre-order items. You cannot combine pre-order items and regular stock items. If we receive a mixed order, we will have to refund the pre-order item. You will have to set up another order just for the pre-order item(s). When we contact you to let you know your order is in you are more than welcome to place another order and make a note to add to your existing order.
