Odlums Self Raising Flour is a plain flour with added raising agents. Great for baking, it is ideal for cupcakes. Also perfect for sponges, scones and tea breads.
Ingredients: Wheat Flour. Raising Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate, Acid Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate).
