This Muffin Cake Mix is simple to make – beat in two eggs, margarine and a yoghurt. Results are 8-12 fruity muffins which are great for children and adults.
Alternatively rather than muffins, make a moist, light cake. Taste delicious.
Add butter icing for best results. Recipe on the bag. The muffins freeze well too.
